Lancewood Event Management Ltd. was established in 2007 and is one of the few dedicated event management companies in Palmerston North and strives to add value and professionalism to every event it manages.  Lancewood specialises in festival and community events with the Festival of Cultures being its flagship event.
Karen Heaphy is Director and owner of Lancewood and has extensive networks and experience of events around Palmerston North and the surrounding regions. Previously she has been employed by PNCC to manage their events portfolio before starting up Lancewood.  Lancewood is strategic in its thinking, will provide excellent and quality service to all its clients and knows that all aspects of event management from the planning stages through to the post event de-brief are critical to the success of any event.
